We will attended your check-in at the start of your tenancy. We will accompany the landlord’s inventory clerk on their inspection, noting down all the fine details on the condition of the property including its fixtures and fittings. We will analyse their report with great scrutiny on your behalf ensuring that all the details of any damages are recorded and documented correctly to ensure you are not held accountable for damages that you have not caused.
When your check-out date is due, we will return to the property where we would again accompany the landlord’s inventory clerk on their inspection at the end of your tenancy. Our trained inventory clerk will analyse the report produced by the landlord’s inventory clerk to ensure that you are only held liable for any damage that you have caused.
